Inside Mount (IB)
An exact mount is an inside mount, measured exactly the same way but in case of exact mount, CBM does not take any deductions. We assume that deductions were already taken by our dealer if exact mount option is selected or checked off on the vertical blinds or roller shades order form, located in the forms section.
Standard deductions are taken on an inside mount to allow for the product to operate properly inside the window opening without making it too tight to fit.

All authorized CBM dealers have CBM colour samples/slat packs, to find a dealer in your area please contact our head office. If you are a dealer and don't have a CBM sample pack please contact our customer service to have one sent out to you.
Colour reproduction depends on the type of hardware and software or a combination of both the user has installed on his/her workstation or computer, therefore different configurations can display an entirely different colour on the screen than what is actually seen with native eye. Also, its very hard to reproduce the exact colour in digital format, due to the nature of the material used for window coverings.
Somfy™ AC powered & Wirefree (battery powered) RTS/IR systems for Roller Shades are available. We also offer tilt only motors for our horizontal blinds. The system used is cordless, is completely hidden and runs off batteries. An AC power outlet, therefore is not needed.
Battery life depends on usage and generally varies from three months to one year.
The warranty on all motors and remote controls is five years. Please contact our customer service for replacement of defective motors.
CBM does not sell directly to customers, however if you are interested in our product line, you can contact our customer service and they will direct you to your nearby CBM dealer.
You can contact your local CBM dealer and they can provide you an actual sample, you can also visit their showrooms or they can accompany you to our head office and showroom located in Richmond, BC.
